Srishti Sood

Srishti Sood is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in strategic planning and execution across various roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at FAIL since February 2024, Srishti previously worked at DigiCom as Manager of Performance Marketing from June 2022 to November 2024, and as Marketing Manager at ngagge from January 2021 to November 2022, focusing on top-of-funnel growth and social media strategy. Prior experience includes an Associate Executive role at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where branding activities and campaign executions were key responsibilities, and an internship at the Reserve Bank of India, analyzing customer satisfaction with e-wallets. Srishti is currently pursuing a Master Camp in User Experience Design at Masters' Union, having previously earned a Master's degree from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences from Miranda House College.
