Fairchance Construction is one of the oldest contracting companies in the United States. Originally founded in 1880 as the McCormick Lumber Company, that operated as a lumber and builders supply until 1916, when it was incorporated as Fairchance Lumber Company. Fairchance Construction is a local and family-owned business operated by the Balling family four generations. Specializing in Construction Management, Design-build, and General Contracting services, Fairchance Construction has established a reputation for delivering quality construction projects, on time and on budget. Our many years of experience, the integrity and professionalism of our management staff and field personnel, have earned us this reputation. Resulting in a long list of satisfied and repeat customers. Continuing to build on tradition of quality and service, we at Fairchance Construction have learned that a job well done will earn us another, and we approach each project with this basic concept in mind. Our success reflects the commitment we make when you entrust us with your construction project. We have done projects all over the east coast, mid-west and even the Bahamas. We’ve got a lot of history behind us to be proud of and look forward to what the future brings.
