Originally founded in 1880 as the McCormick Lumber Company, that operated as a lumber and builders supply until 1916, when it was incorporated as Fairchance Lumber Company.  Fairchance Construction is a local and family-owned business operated by the Balling family four generations. Specializing in Construction Management, Design-build, and General Contracting services, Fairchance Construction has established a reputation for delivering quality construction projects, on time and on budget.  Our many years of experience, the integrity and professionalism of our management staff and field personnel, have earned us this reputation.
