Alyssa Nannetti

Alyssa Nannetti, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at FairCom Corporation since January 2021. Previously, Alyssa held HR Manager roles at The Front Climbing Club and Vertical Solutions Climbing, where significant accomplishments included establishing the organization's first internal HR department and successfully executing high-volume recruitment efforts. Prior experience also includes HR roles at Ramp Talent and Lucid Software Inc., focusing on people operations and consulting on strategic business issues. Alyssa began their career in HR with roles at Uinta Brewing Company, Salt Lake County, Aflac, and Tuned In Broadcasting, showcasing a strong foundation in HR functions.
