Faircroft is a residential and commercial developer based in South Texas. We focus on shaping communities in high-growth areas—thoughtfully planning every aspect from infrastructure and amenities to builder partnerships and long-term livability. Our mission is to create neighborhoods that offer more than just homes—places where families thrive with access to strong schools, green space, shopping, and everyday convenience.

While Faircroft leads the land development and community vision, home construction is handled by our dedicated building arm, Homes by Faircroft, alongside other trusted builders. This structure allows us to maintain high standards across every part of the process—from lot design and HOA guidelines to quality of construction and community upkeep.

We understand that finding the right home can feel overwhelming. That’s why we take pride in making the entire experience—from land to lifestyle—a positive one for future residents.

At Faircroft, we combine smart planning, strong partnerships, and a deep commitment to quality—building communities that stand the test of time.
