Michael Coppa

Michael Coppa is a seasoned finance professional and military veteran with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, advisory services, and operations management. As the Founder and Managing Principal of Faircroft Ventures since 2008, Michael has led M&A advisory and principal investment efforts while providing a range of executive and consulting services. Notable roles include Interim CFO at Skyview Networks and Managing Director at Chartwell Financial Advisory, where significant achievements in strategic advisory and capital raising were made. With a background in investment banking and management consulting at firms such as Wells Fargo Advisors and McKinsey & Company, Michael has demonstrated expertise in enhancing operational efficiency for various industries. In addition to a successful corporate career, Michael is a decorated former Captain in the United States Army, commanding teams in high-pressure environments. Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
