Adele Hedden

Adele Hedden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Vendor Operations at Faire since January 2022, Adele previously held the role of Director of Customer Operations at Rent The Runway. Adele is also an Expert in the Primary Expert Network at Primary Venture Partners, providing guidance to startup founders. Prior experience includes key positions at Uber, such as Senior Program Manager for Community Operations and Retail Operations Strategy Lead, where management of global teams and operational strategies were paramount. Adele began their career as an Associate at PwC after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Colgate University.
