Lauren Wise

Lauren Wise is a Senior Android Developer at Faire since March 2022, responsible for Android Design System ownership, performance metrics, tracing and analytics infrastructure, and framework modernization migrations. Prior experience includes roles as an Android Developer at Shopify, where improvements to Android-specific features were implemented, and earlier as a Mobile Developer Intern, focusing on foundational feature work in Kotlin, Java, and GraphQL. Additionally, Lauren served as a Teaching Assistant at Carleton University, where guidance was provided on operating systems. Earlier roles also include a Front End Developer Intern at Shopify, a UI/UX Developer at Espial, and positions as an Application Tester at EventDawn and Fullscript. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with a Minor in Biology from Carleton University.
