Mark Lay

Mark Lay has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Vice President and CIO at Noblis since June 2005. In this position, Mark leads the development of subscription and advisory services for public and private sectors. Previously, roles at Noblis included Solution Executive and Program Director, focusing on online services related to healthcare product recalls. Mark also contributes to the Fairfax County Government as a board member of the Information Technology Policy Advisory Committee, enhancing government efficiency through technology. Prior roles include Director of Consulting at CGI-AMS and Business Unit Manager at American Management Systems. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Virginia and completed additional education at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
