Fairfax is an Outsourced Payroll Provider located in Cyprus and is a group company of Cyprus’ most established recruitment agency, GRS Recruitment established by Steve Slocombe who is an active Director in both companies in the GRS Group. Since 2005 the GRS Group has been offering customised payroll solutions to a variety of Cyprus domestic and international clients from fresh start-ups to internationally recognised organisations.

Leading the Fairfax Payroll services team is Director Nicoletta Demetriou, FCCA, CPA and ex PwC Payroll Champion, who specialises in the complexities of payroll and possesses more than 20 years’ experience in running payroll and accounting services in Cyprus. Fairfax Payroll team ensures that clients receive:

	A timely, efficient, Cyprus/EU compliant and cost-effective payroll service.
	Secure electronically generated compliant payslips for all employees.
	Keep potentially sensitive documents offsite
	Save financial department employee’s time by outsourcing a range of important payroll-related tasks that are typically time-consuming when performed in-house.

Furthermore, the customer experience is exceptionally high from the experienced payroll team at Fairfax Payroll due to the payroll service provision being at the forefront of the service delivery. Payroll is the core of what we do expertly as opposed to a similar service provided by an accounting or audit provider where payroll is not the core business.

Fairfax Payroll & GRS also provide a unique service of employing and outsourcing personnel (Temporary workers under a GRS employment contract) to companies in Cyprus and to companies that do not yet have a registered Cyprus entity, or to those that do not intend to register a company in Cyprus but need to have personnel operating in Cyprus.
