Tom McLaughlin

Tom McLaughlin is the President and CEO of Fairgrounds Coffee & Tea, where they lead brand vision, people culture, guest experience, and profitability across locations in Chicago, Milwaukee, Dallas, and Minneapolis. They bring two decades of experience in hospitality, specialty coffee, and quick service. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles including Director of Operations for Einstein Bros. Bagels and Bruegger’s Bagels, Chief Operating Officer for Colectivo Coffee, and Director, Operations Innovation & Engineering for Coffee & Bagel Brands. They earned a degree in Economics from The Ohio State University (2001–2005).
