Luke Allen

Luke Allen is a strategic and execution-focused leader for brands in the wellness space. They are the founder of The Rawson Group (2024–Present) and the President of Fairgrounds (2024–Present). Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at BioSteel in 2023, including Vice President National Accounts, Vice President Omni Commerce, and Vice President of Sales. Earlier, they worked at Canopy Growth Corporation (2020–2023), Tokyo Smoke Brands (2018–2019), and General Mills (2005–2008) in various senior positions, and began their career at BMO Nesbitt Burns (2003–2004). They earned an HBBA in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University (2000–2004).
