Lucy Spindler

Lucy Spindler is an experienced Engineering Geologist currently working at Fairhurst since July 2018, primarily based in the Edinburgh Office after three years in the Aberdeen office. Lucy holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of St Andrews and completed a Soil Mechanics Course at Imperial College London in 2021. Responsibilities include producing Geoenvironmental and Geotechnical Design Reports for large-scale projects, managing geotechnical investigations, and conducting risk analysis. Prior experience includes a summer internship at the Museum of St Andrews University, where Lucy catalogued a mineral collection, as well as roles as a Geobus Teaching Assistant and a Property Consultant at Forbes Homes. Lucy is also a CSCS Site Academically Qualified Person and serves as a STEM Ambassador.
