George Greer

George Greer is an experienced project manager currently overseeing one of Fairlead Integrated's largest accounts since April 2021, focusing on budget management, customer interface, and schedule adherence. Previously, Greer held multiple roles at Rolls-Royce from January 2011 to April 2021, including Quality Manager, responsible for compliance audits, and Manufacturing Engineering Component Owner, where tasks included process assessment and improvement for precision machining. Greer also served as a Senior Product Engineer at Howmet Hampton Castings from January 1995 to January 2011, managing manufacturing processes for industrial gas turbine engine components and fostering key customer relationships. Greer earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, graduating in 1994.
