Elliott Mage has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they undertook a technician internship at Heriot-Watt University, where they gained experience in chemical analysis and research. In 2014, they completed an internship as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Record Diffusion, working on high-end shirt confection. Following this, they interned as a Production Assistant at Iris van Herpen, assisting with various production tasks.

Moving into larger fashion companies, Elliott worked at Hermès in 2016 as a Fabric Developer and Buyer, sourcing and developing materials for leather goods. Elliott then joined the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode in 2017 as a Secretaire Scientifique. In the same year, they became the Chief Operation Officer at PANGAIA, overseeing its operations.

Continuing their career in sustainability, Elliott joined Louis Vuitton in 2017 as a Textile Developer and Buyer, responsible for sourcing and developing new materials and managing relationships with suppliers. Elliott also held the role of Responsable RSE & Matières Premières at maje from 2019 to 2021, contributing to the sustainability strategy of the company.

Most recently, Elliott has been working at FAIRLY MADE since 2021, initially as Directeur de Production and later as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they manage operations, leads a team of professionals, and focuses on process optimization and scalability.

Elliott Mage has a diverse education history. In 2010, they enrolled at IUT Orsay - Université Paris-Saclay, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemistry, completing their studies in 2012. Following this, in 2013, they joined ENSAIT - École Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Industries Textiles, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in the Textile and Fashion Industry, which took him until 2016 to complete. Moving forward, Elliott continued their education at Centrale Lille in 2015, focusing on Business Creation and Entrepreneurship as part of their Master's degree, which they finished in 2016. Lastly, in 2016, they attended Institut Français de la Mode, where they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Management Mode, Design & Luxe.
