Lance Raeper

Lance Raeper has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were a Process Quality Supervisor for Concentrix. Lance then moved to Quality Assurance Analyst (Financial Services) and Fraud Analyst (Financial Services). In 2021, Lance joined Davies Consulting as a Customer Insights Analyst, where their work spanned operational efficiency improvement, customer experience improvement, market/digital/brand research, survey design, business intelligence and data product development. Lance used tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio, Python, Excel (power query, DAX, M, VBA), Visio, SigmaXL, CallMiner, Xdroid, Nexidia, NICE CX One, and Genesys. In 2022, Lance became an Operations Analyst for Fairmatic and a Digital Analytics Volunteer for Tanzania Development Trust.

Lance Raeper obtained a BSc in Financial Economics from the University of Essex. Lance also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), which they obtained in July 2018.
