Benjamin Thies is an experienced executive and consultant specializing in organizational design, development, and change management. They co-founded and served as CEO at Philosoffee from 2016 to 2020, and held the position of CEO at SNOOOZE from 2020 to 2021, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Fairment in 2021.
