Liris Simoes

Liris Simoes is currently a member of the People and Culture Team at Fairphone, where they support HR administrative tasks and contribute to employee growth and culture-building initiatives. They hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and have previously worked as a Senior Team Lead at Barnes & Noble and an Administrative Assistant at Blossom Waldorf Garden. Liris has also completed an internship in Development HR at L'Oréal, coordinating impactful events and managing learning initiatives. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Liris is dedicated to fostering people-centered processes in diverse environments.
