Rob Dunn

Rob Dunn currently serves as Managing Director at Fairstead since May 2020, previously holding the position of Senior Director within the company. Prior experience includes roles at HUBB NYC from July 2013 to May 2020, where Rob was Vice President of Asset Management and Director of Asset Management, as well as an Acquisition Associate. Prior to HUBB NYC, Rob worked as an Asset Management Associate at Long Wharf Real Estate Partners from November 2010 to July 2013. Earlier roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University focusing on the Real Estate Development Process and an intern at Related in 2009. Rob started the career as Assistant Vice President at Meridian Investments from January 2006 to August 2008. Rob Dunn holds a Master's degree in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Colgate University.
