Justyna Dec has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with a student's practice in the HR department at Carlsberg Group in August 2008. Following this, Justyna completed an internship as an HR Specialist at DEC i Partnerzy Sp. z o.o., involved in recruitment processes and training organization. Justyna has served as a Senior HR Specialist at 15 Wojskowy Oddział Gospodarczy, overseeing employee records and compliance with labor laws, and later worked as a Junior HR Specialist at UniCredit Business Integrated Solutions, where responsibilities included payroll verification and employee documentation management. In the role of Training Administrator at FairWind A/S, Justyna facilitated training organization and documentation management, and currently serves as a Training Specialist at Fairwind, focusing on training project management and budget compliance.
