Simona Moisescu

Simona Moisescu is the Head of HR SESA at FairWind since August 2021, having been promoted for a strong track record in strategic HR initiatives and organizational challenges, including M&A activities. Prior to this role, Simona served as an HR Generalist at BMS A/S and as an HR Manager at Aguado Wind Services, where responsibilities included planning HR structures and managing labor relations to attract and retain talent. Earlier in the career, Simona was an Executive Assistant at Negocenter Business Center and a Financial Assistant at UniCredit Bank Romania. Educational achievements include an MBA from EUDE Business School and a Licentiate degree in Finance and Banking from Universidad Petroleo y Gas.
