Kris Fetter

Kris Fetter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Since April 2011, Kris has served as the President and CEO of Faison, a private equity investment firm specializing in commercial real estate opportunities in the Southeast. Prior to this role, Kris held positions at Ninth Street Advisors as a Senior Managing Director and Partner, where the focus was on acquisitions and asset management of diverse property types, and at Morningstar Properties, LLC as Vice President, overseeing the development and operation of specialty real estate projects. Earlier experience includes time as an Associate at Norelli & Company and as a Business Development Manager at the National Broadcasting Company. Kris Fetter holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
