Adilson Damasio is an experienced professional in the field of IT service management and operations, currently serving as the Director of the Shared Services Center and Service Delivery Manager at Faiston since September 2017. Prior to Faiston, Adilson held various managerial roles at Capgemini, managing large-scale operations and service desks for prominent clients, and also worked at CTIS Tecnologia managing contracts and services. Adilson began the career with significant roles at Carrefour and Capgemini, accumulating extensive experience in IT infrastructure and service management.
