Shell Odum

Shell Odum is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Faith Driven Students, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Shell worked as the Regional Director of Community for Faith Driven Entrepreneur from July 2022 to November 2024. Shell's background includes extensive experience at Cigna, where responsibilities included coordinating requests for proposals as a New Business Manager and managing client relations as a Client Manager from June 2014 to August 2022. Shell began a career in academia at the University of Tennessee, first as a Student Adviser from January 2012 to December 2013, and later as a Peer Career Advisor. Shell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Tennessee Knoxville and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
