Faith Foundation is a dedicated NGO committed to fostering a healthy, addiction-free society through awareness, rehabilitation, and advocacy. With over 19 years of impactful work, we operate at grassroots and policy levels, promoting substance abuse prevention and recovery in Gujarat, India.

Our mission is to reach diverse groups to educate and intervene on the hazardous effects of substance abuse. We work across various domains including de-addiction rehabilitation, tobacco control, care for PLHIV, adolescent life skill development, and community-based CSR initiatives.

We’ve led several state-level campaigns like the Yellow Line Campaign (YLC) in 33 districts of Gujarat and played a key role in enforcing bans on harmful substances like gutkha and hookah bars. Our innovative programs such as Tobacco-Free Educational Institutes (ToFEI) and Smoke-Free Villages have transformed hundreds of communities.

Recognized by ministries and global health bodies such as WHO, UNODC, and NYKS, we also provide vocational training and holistic recovery solutions. Our collaborations span health departments, police forces, and educational institutions.
