Bart Baeyens

Bart Baeyens is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in AI solutions, business development, and digital transformation. Currently serving as the CEO and Managing Partner at Faktion since June 2021, Bart leads the scaling of the 'AI Product Studio as a Service' and has successfully built a high-performing organization in AI and software engineering. As the Head of the Digital Transformation Club at Vlerick Alumni, Bart founded and mobilized a community of over 25 volunteers to engage in digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Bart held various leadership roles at Soudal, including Head of International Business Development, where Bart formalized the business development discipline and drove market expansion efforts. Bart's educational background includes a joint BiMBA degree from Vlerick Business School and Peking University, alongside a Master's degree in Business Engineering from HUB-KUBrussel and certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS.
