Jan Vanalphen

Jan Vanalphen is an experienced professional in innovation strategy and service design, currently serving as an Innovation Strategist at Raccoons Group since February 2020. Previously, Jan held the position of Service Design Director at Springbok Agency from August 2017 to February 2020 and worked as a Design Lead at Boondoggle for a brief period in early 2017. Jan's career also includes roles as a UX Consultant at ING Belgium, UX Designer at Boondoggle, and various freelance creative positions at multiple agencies. Educationally, Jan holds an Orange Belt Certificate in AI Business Strategy from the AI Black Belt program, a Post Graduation in Communication and Media Studies from IADE Lisboa, and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Honim.
