Sander Smouts

Sander Smouts is an experienced professional in AI product management and project leadership, currently working as an AI Product Manager at Faktion since November 2023. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Sanoma Learning, where Sander worked from June 2022 to November 2023, and as an organization expert and project leader at Workitects from May 2020 to April 2022. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Telenet and positions as a researcher and lecturer at Thomas More, focusing on digital marketing and business analytics.
