Léon van der Wal

Léon van der Wal is an Associate Partner at Fakton Academy, where they challenge professionals in the spatial domain to further develop their skills through financial expertise and current market knowledge. Previously, Léon held positions as Director and Senior Consultant at Fakton, as well as Assistant Project Manager at SENS Real Estate, where they supported various projects involving acquisition, concept development, and market research. Léon earned multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Urbanism & Building Sciences and a Master of Science in Real Estate & Housing from Delft University of Technology, along with a Master of Property from the University of Melbourne.
