Esther Kathmann

Esther Kathmann currently serves as Teamlead Internal Communications and Employer Branding and Senior Communications Consultant Employer Branding at FAKTOR 3 AG since February 2023. In addition, Esther holds the position of Vorstandsmitglied at Bundesverband New Work since September 2023 and is a Mitbegründerin at the Big & Growing New Work Festival Hamburg since January 2021. Previously, Esther worked as a Digital Consultant at naymspace software GmbH & Co. KG from March 2017 to February 2023, and co-founded extrakind.de, serving as a self-employed PR Consultant from January 2015 to January 2021. Esther's experience at MADSACK Mediengruppe includes roles ranging from managing editor to various editorial positions from 2004 to 2014, complemented by a volunteering stint at Oldenburgische Volkszeitung from 2002 to 2004.
