Founded in 1957 by Antonio and Bruno Torazzi, Falca started as a small atelier from the family’s long-standing experience as wood and cork traders, carrying forward a deep-rooted craftsmanship tradition. 

Falca specialized in the creation of footwear soles using natural materials, beginning with wooden wedges designed to lighten rubber footwear.
Between 1957 and 1970s, Falca pioneered the creation of innovative wood and cork soles, laying the foundation for its future direction. 
In 1971, what started as small family-run workshop evolved into a formal company, marking a milestone in its growth and expansion.

During the 1980s, Falca ventured into the production finished footwear, starting with anatomical slippers with cork soles, followed by wooden-soled clogs and slippers.
Since then, Falca has continued to expand its product offerings while while maintaining its original focus on the usage of natural materials, particularly wood.

Today, spanning over three generations, Falca remains dedicated to craftsmanship, ensuring that each product reflects the family’s deep respect for tradition and its unwavering pursuit of innovation - Our identity is deeply rooted in timeless tradition, while our embrace of innovation drives the evolution of our artisanal expertise, ensuring that our creations continue to remain relevant in a constantly changing landscape.
