Ben Baker

Ben Baker is an experienced professional in the emergency medical services industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Falck since October 2021. Previously, Ben held multiple roles at Care Ambulance Services, Inc., including Resource Utilization from June 2020 to January 2022 and Director of Communications, Information Technology, and Resource Utilization from March 2002 to April 2018. Additional experience includes serving as Director & Chief at Falck Northern California from October 2019 to June 2020 and Head of Operational Excellence for Falck Nationwide from April 2018 to October 2019. Ben started a career in public service as a Police Officer with the City of Riverside from January 1999 to March 2002 and worked as an EMT, leading EMT training, from January 1996 to January 1999. Ben Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
