Christopher Birknes is a seasoned professional in occupational health services and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Occupational Health Services and Director of People and Culture at Falck since March 2021. Prior to this role, Christopher held positions as HR Manager at SAS, where critical responsibilities included managing HR processes during the COVID-19 crisis, and HR Chief at Vinmonopolet AS, focusing on the digitalization of HR practices. Experience also includes leading HR and IT at Forbundet Styrke and serving as a labor law negotiator. Christopher began his career at BP, progressing from an instrument technician to president of BP’s trade union in Norway. Christopher is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Norwegian School of Economics, building on a Master's in Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
