Currently serving as the Regional Managing Director and Vice President for both Falck Rocky Mountain and Falck, David oversees critical emergency ambulance services in Colorado and actively manages a start-up division in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. David's career spans over three decades, including significant roles at Rural/Metro Corporation and MedStar Mobile Healthcare, where leadership spanned operations, finance, and strategic partnerships. Notably, David successfully negotiated a collective bargaining agreement in 2023 and led organizational oversight in various regions to enhance emergency medical transportation services. Academic credentials include a B.B.A. in Management/Marketing from Baylor University, an M.A. in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell University.
