Ditte Schlüntz has a diverse background in education and consulting, having held roles at several institutions including the University of Copenhagen, where they worked as a student assistant at the Sociological Institute from 2004 to 2007. After gaining valuable experience as a management consultant at Ramboll Management Consulting from 2008 to 2013, Ditte served as a consultant at Professionshøjskolen Absalon from 2018 to 2021, and led a program for a new medical service at Det Nære Sundhedsvæsen in Region Sjælland until 2023.
