Eilidh Dickson

Eilidh Dickson is a seasoned professional in interaction design and user research, currently serving as Head of Global Innovation and Senior Director at Falck since January 2019. Prior to this role, Eilidh held positions as Global Innovation Director at Falck and Senior Design Manager and User Researcher at Diagram, LLC in late 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Design Director at Veryday and McKinsey & Company, following a lengthy tenure at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, where Eilidh held multiple roles, including Senior Interaction Design Lead and User Research & Service Design Faculty. Eilidh's early career involved contributions to user research and service design at the NHS and thinkpublic. Eilidh holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design and a Bachelor's degree in Innovative Product Design from the University of Dundee.
