Flemming Nielsen is currently a board member at Farsø Efterskole and serves as a workshop manager at Farmas. They have extensive experience in engineering, having worked as a service technician and outdoor installer at Farsø Maskinværksted, as well as a farming machinery mechanic apprentice at Traktor Kompagniet. Since 1983, Flemming has also been a fireman and team leader at Falck. They completed their education in agricultural machinery mechanics at Aars Teknisk Skole.
