Nikolaj E. is a project consultant and project leader currently working at Falck, where they focus on helping young individuals transition from public assistance to self-sufficiency. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from VIA University College and certification as a systemic coach, Nikolaj applies a holistic approach to address the physical, psychological, and social challenges faced by youth. Previously, Nikolaj worked in various supportive roles in both municipal and military settings, including as a professional football player for Randers FC. They are passionate about creating strong relationships and fostering motivation to help others achieve their goals.
