Thilo Heinrich

Thilo Heinrich has extensive experience in the shipping and logistics industry, currently serving as Managing Director - VP and Chief Operating Officer at Falck since January 2019. Prior to this role, Thilo was the Chief Operating Officer at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company from October 2015 to December 2018, where responsibilities included oversight of operational activities in Germany. Thilo's career began at Maersk Deutschland A/S & Co. KG, where various positions were held from November 2002 to September 2015, including Head of Trade & Marketing and Head of Finance, contributing to management and operational excellence across multiple regions. Earlier experience at Hamburg Sued involved system development to improve operational controlling. Thilo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Seatransport, Business, Law, and Logistics from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven, complemented by studies and practical assignments abroad.
