Rob Huxtable

Rob Huxtable is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the private equity sector. As the Founder and Partner of FALCON since 2010, Rob has developed a talent platform that enhances performance for CEOs, CFOs, GPs, and LPs in the middle market. Additionally, Rob co-founded PrivateEquityCXO in April 2021 and The Crucible in August 2019, further demonstrating expertise in fostering innovative business solutions. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, earned between 1988 and 1992, and completed secondary education at Chaminade Julienne High School from 1984 to 1988.
