Falcon Gases is a private equity backed industrial gas distribution platform founded in 2025. Averaging over 25 years, our team’s experience includes leading regional packaged gas divisions, running national industrial gas operations, and building companies from startup stage to large scale enterprises.

We offer leading independent distributors the opportunity to partner with a value-add platform while preserving their legacy and the day-to-day “local touch” – both for customers and employees – that has been critical to their success.

Partners benefit from Falcon’s deep expertise in packaged gas operations, upstream gas procurement, sales growth, acquisitions, and business strategy. Along with deal liquidity, partners receive platform equity with significant upside in the broader Falcon business.

Our strategy is to build regional scale and operational excellence in preferred markets. We measure success not only in financial results, but also in customer service, employee culture, and reputation.

Falcon is backed by Tailwind Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm. Tailwind has invested over $4 billion with a strong track record in building successful industrial businesses.
