Alexandre Fanfa Ribas (He/him)

Alexandre Fanfa Ribas is a Brazilian consultant and senior partner at Falconi (former Instituto de Desenvolvimento Gerencial, INDG), Brazilian leading management consultancy. He was named the consultancy’s CEO in May 2023.

He holds a master's degree in Applied Economics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Food Engineering. Ribas has built a career focusing on business management, specializing in financial administration, cost and revenue management, human resources management, and project management.

Throughout his professional journey, Ribas has provided consulting services to major private companies and public institutions, helping them improve efficiency in areas such as cost reduction and productivity improvement. He is also experienced in international economics and industrial organization.

Alexandre Ribas is also a columnist at business newspaper Valor Econômico, writing articles on business and people management in a regular basis.
