André Chaves

André Chaves has extensive work experience in the consulting industry, particularly with Falconi. André started their career with Falconi as a Lead Consultant in 2001 and eventually became a Partner in 2014. In their role as a Partner, they were responsible for developing new clients in Brazil, the USA, and Europe, leading consulting engagements, and applying new managerial knowledge. André worked at Falconi until 2019 when they were promoted to Senior Partner and Vice President of Base Industry and Capital Goods. In this role, they continued to contribute to the company's success until present. Additionally, André has also served as a Board Member for Environ Cyber Security and as a Member of the Strategy Committee for Grupo Porto Real.

André Chaves attended Centro Universitário UNA from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in International Trade. In 2012 and 2013, they also participated in two workshops at The Wharton School, focusing on Bargaining for Advantage and Integrating Finance and Strategy for Value Creation, respectively.
