In 2016, they also held a contract position as a Desktop Support for Savanna Energy Services Corp., where they migrated users to Office 365 and computers to Windows 10, provided desktop support to office users, imaged computers with SCCM, and deployed Surface 4 Pros to executives. From 2012-2016, they were a Service Desk Analyst/HEAT Application Administer for Penn West, where they administered the ticketing system used by IT and other support groups, created request offerings for the self-service portal, and customized HEAT for PennWest needs. From 2011-2012, they were a Service Desk Analyst for Precision Drilling, where they coordinated and directed telephone calls and emails in relation to technical environment and application issues. From 2009-2011, they were a Service Desk Analyst for Trican Well Service Ltd., where they coordinated and directed personal walk ups, telephone calls and emails in relation to technical environment and application issues, and managed the ticket queue that reduced the turn around resolution time for the team. Lastly, from 2006-2009, they were a Frontline Support Analyst/Team Lead for Bell Canada, where they managed and coordinated the operations of the Frontline Support team, including hiring and training, initiated change in the team that directly improved the quality and troubleshooting of problems, and developed and managed all team projects to ensure that objectives were met beyond expectations.
