Patrick Büsch

Patrick Büsch has a strong background in real estate and finance. Patrick currently serves as the Director of Real Estate at FalkenSteg and has been in this role since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of the Sales Department at Pronux GmbH from April 2021 to October 2021. From November 2020 to March 2021, they worked as the Head of Real Estate Acquisition at LIVOS Gruppe. Before that, they held the position of Head of Real Estate Investment at BPI GmbH from May 2018 to September 2020. Patrick also has experience as a Co-Founder and Advisor at Feelix.nl from April 2016 to April 2018. Patrick started their career at Deutsche Bank in 1996 and held various managing director and director positions in structured finance and asset finance until 2016.

Patrick Büsch's education history is as follows:

From 1991 to 1994, they attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they obtained a Masters Degree in Finance (Diplom-Kaufmann). Their thesis focused on international project finance as an export finance tool.

In 1989 and 1990, they studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for general course studies, but they did not obtain a degree.

In 1988 and 1989, they studied at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and achieved a Bachelors Degree in Economics.

In 1986 and 1987, they served in the military as part of an armored reconnaissance company in Koblenz.

From 1985 to 1986, they underwent banking training at Sparkasse Koblenz. Additionally, they pursued further studies at the Eberle-Butschkau Institute of the German savings institutions.

Lastly, from 1975 to 1984, they studied at Max-von-Laue Gymnasium in Koblenz and obtained a high school diploma.
