Jerry Keller

Director of Customer Service at Fallas Automation

Jerry Keller has been working in the customer service industry for over 25 years. Jerry started their career as a service supervisor at Mosley Machinery in 1987. In 1993, they joined Fallas Automation as a project engineer. Jerry quickly rose through the ranks and became the software manager. In 2006, they left Fallas Automation to join Applied Recovery Systems as an engineering manager. In October 2007, they returned to Fallas Automation as the director of customer service. Jerry has been instrumental in developing Fallas Automation's customer service department into one of the most efficient and effective departments in the company.

Jerry Keller attended Texas A&M University, where they earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.

Jerry Keller works with Curtis Gross - Spare Parts Manager, Chris Calabrese - VP of Sales, and Jacob Cox - VP of Electrical & Controls. Their manager is Dave Fallas, President & CEO.
