Dagmar Schmidt

Dagmar Schmidt is a global packaging executive who currently serves as CEO of August Faller GmbH & Co. KG and as a Supervisory Board member at adapa Group. They previously led XSYS Global as CEO from 2022 to 2024 and held multiple leadership roles at Flint Group, including Chief Operating Officer (XSYS), President Flexographic, and Managing Director of Flint Group Germany / XSYS Print Solutions Germany, among other senior positions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Sony Music Entertainment as Artist & Repertoire Manager International Music (1995–1996) and held various roles at BASF. They earned a Master of Arts from SOAS University of London (1996–1997), a Bachelor's degree in European Business Administration from Middlesex University (1990–1992), a Bachelor's degree from ESB Reutlingen (1992–1994), a Diploma in Japanese Management from Keio University (1995–1996), and completed DAAD studies in Japanese language and management (1994–1996).
