Klaus Bentheim

Klaus Bentheim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Klaus is currently serving as the Head Strategic Sourcing at August Faller GmbH & Co. KG since June 2023. Prior to this, Klaus worked as a Procurement Lead / Modul Team Lead Exterior at INEOS Automotive from April 2021 to June 2023. Klaus also gained experience as a Management Berater -Executive Partner- at BOLLMANN EXECUTIVES GmbH from December 2020 to December 2022.

From 2016 to 2021, Klaus worked at SMP Deutschland GmbH, where they held the positions of Global Category Manager and Head of Purchasing Parts. Before that, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Testo SE & Co. KGaA from 2012 to 2016 and as a Sales Manager at SLG Kunststoff GmbH from 2011 to 2012.

Klaus's early career includes roles such as Group Leader Purchasing and Sales Engineer at Peguform GmbH from 2001 to 2011, and Area Sales Manager at Freudenberg Vliesstoffe KG from 1995 to 2001. Klaus began their professional journey as a Sales Engineer at Sprühventile GmbH from 1992 to 1995.

Klaus Bentheim pursued their higher education from 1987 to 1992 at Hochschule Furtwangen, where they obtained a degree in Product Engineering. After a gap of three years, from 1995 to 1997, they engaged in vocational training and completed a program in Business Administration, specifically in Gross- and Aussenhandel (wholesale and foreign trade), earning the title of Kaufmann im Gross- und Aussenhandel. During this training, their field of study focused on Werkzeughandel (tool trading).
