Nikki Baker

Nikki Baker is a highly accomplished creative director with over 18 years of experience in the advertising industry. Nikki has a strong track record of producing award-winning work for major brands, including ConAgra, AirTran, Corona and Porsche.

Baker began their career as an art director at TM Advertising in April 2003. Nikki quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to creative director at Cramer-Krasselt in February 2006. There, they helped the agency win 9 out of 10 new business pitches and played a key role in consolidating all of ConAgra’s business to DDB California.

In February 2008, Baker joined DDB as a creative director/art director. Nikki continued to produce groundbreaking work for ConAgra, creating broadcast, print and digital campaigns for brands like Manwich, Chef Boyardee, Bertolli and PAM. In January 2014, they joined Fallon as executive creative director.

Baker has won numerous awards throughout their career, including multiple Cannes Lions, Clios and One Show Pencils.

Nikki Baker obtained their BA in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Nikki then attended Miami Ad School-Minneapolis.
