Carlos Flores

Carlos Flores has a diverse work experience in various companies. Carlos currently serves as the Director of Operations at FallTech since November 2021. Carlos also has experience working at Honeywell Process Solutions from April 2012 to November 2013. Carlos held two roles: Sr. Product Design Engineer and Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor. As Sr. Product Design Engineer, Carlos was involved in implementing the Honeywell Operating System and conducted Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma projects. As the Plastic Injection Molding Supervisor, they enhanced equipment reliability and capability and supervised and led operations for plastic and silicone injection molding machines.

At Sperian Protection, Carlos served as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer from July 2004 to October 2010. In this role, they identified opportunities for product improvements and cost reduction through evaluating manufacturing practices.

Carlos Flores obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from CETYS Universidad from the years 2000 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution between 2012 and 2014.
