Tamara Jean Howard has extensive experience in customer service and account management, with a notable tenure at FallTech as a Customer Service Representative since July 2019. Prior roles include serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at iHerb Inc. and various positions at Jarrow Formulas over a span of thirteen years, progressing through roles such as CSA III and CSA II with responsibilities in customer account management, order processing, and issue resolution. Tamara also has a background in cash office operations from Wal-Mart and holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from El Camino College.
